last month i was on the lookout for cute kids to use in my upcoming marketing products. i saw this little boy and his mommy and couldn't resist saying something. Last week I went over to their house and met the rest of the model family, even the dog was adorable. I was nervous because the day before my favorite lense dropped on the floor and broke. With the low light I was forced to use my 580Ex flash but we still got lots of good ones.

This family was so much fun to work with. They are expecting their 4th child and have decided with the new addition that they are going to need more room. With the house on the market they wanted me to come over and capture the kids around the house before they move.
Mom wanted photos of the kids being themselves. We had a great time playing legos, building forts, playing Webkinz and then we went outside for some shots around the yard.

I've been meaning to buy a little fedora and tie for my infant boy sessions. While the cousins were visiting we went to Southpointe and I found just what I was looking for at Children's Place. Riley's mom and grandma tease him that he looks like a little old man, he was a perfect guinea pig for the outfit, such a cutie!

We finally got to meet our nephew Riley! He was born Oct 3 but lives in NY. The visit was so exciting for me, nothing better than a sweet smelling baby to get my fix. I just loved holding him and listening to him laugh. He was such a great baby, content, smiley, and adorable! I made sure to snap a bunch of him.
